Events

Céline Keating joined Jenny Halper, Nina McConigley, Meg Tuite, and Robert Vaughan for an evening of readings to celebrate the arrival of autumn at Jimmy’s No. 43 on Sunday, October 20. The event was part of a reading series of established and debut authors to introduce them to a wider audience.

Venues in 2012 included Mount Pleasant Public Library, Mount Pleasant (NY), with author Alethea Black,  and Cafe Marlene, Queens (NY), as part of the Oh, Bernice! Writers Collective. A special reading event was held at Bookwoman bookstore, Austin (Texas), where the publisher of Layla, Susan Bright, was honored.

Venues for 2011 events and readings included Cornelia Street Cafe (NYC); the Freeport Community Library (Freeport, Maine); Write Now! Writing Workshop, Eisner Memorial Library (Red Bank, N.J.), as well as book launch and readings at the Montauk Book Shop (Montauk, N.Y.) and Book Culture on Columbus (NYC) to celebrate the publication of Layla.
